List of Documents which you need to prepare for application (GENERAL)


1.        Application form: There are varies type of application form regarding which office of Education you apply for. We will be able to provide you the right application form for each applicants.

2.        Formal Resume: Please do send us your resume once again, when you submit all the documents to us which must not included any part time experience in Korea

3.        Notarized (Apostillized)Copy of Your Degree: Korean immigration office and Ministry office of Education takes either original Degree or Copy of notarized degree. You will need to notarize your degree either Korean consulate (Canadian only) or Public notary “Apostille” But you will still need to bring your original degree to be checked
  
4.        3 original copies of sealed and enveloped University transcripts that are stamped or signed by University. You will need to send us 2 original University transcripts to us. We will send one for your Future employer (either ministry office of Education or individual School) and use one for the immigration office. You will need to keep one of the Transcript since you may be requested to provide one to the Korean consulate in your own country

5.        A clear copy of the Passport


6.        Any original or Notarized Copies of Relevant Certificate (TESOL / TEFL / TESL / CELTA /etc.)
Your Teaching related certificates only will be considered to be accredited when you province them with Training hours. Only more than 100 hours of training will be suitable

7.        A Notarized Criminal Record check (either Korean consulate (Canadian) or public notary “Apostille”) For you to obtain  E2 visa in Korea, you will need to provide your Criminal record check from State police department or ministry of Justice. And it must be notarized by either Korean consulate (Canadian) or Public notary “Apostille” stamped. Usually it takes more time than other documents, so you will need to apply one as soon as you start your recruiting process.

8.        Self Medical evaluation (form provided) and an official Medical certificate
You will be provided “self medical evaluation form” from your agent, you can apply your visa with “self checked form” but you will need to do the “office health check” after you arrive in Korea. Your visa can be canceled regarding the result of the health check.

9.        2 Passport sized photo
It must be colored picture and recent one

10.        Two Reference letters
Official letter from employer or academic professor and letter must have letter head and signature of issuer.


11.        Original Employment proof of previous or Current employer
For you to be considered experienced teacher, you will need to provide your employment certificate which mentioned on your date of employment. In the employment proof documents, there must be an address and contact number for the person who verifies your employment. Only Full time employment experience will be considered by ministry office of education.


12.        Three signed copies of your employment contract
You will be given contract by your consultant. You will need to sign on every single pages of 3 contracts.
